Item Description
Large 9.5x47.5" tin litho sign for display in Kroger grocery stores. 1950s. Sign reads "We Give Top Value Stamps" and includes two images of "Top Value Stamps" mascot Toppie the elephant on front. Sign shows moderate wear w/scattered surface scratches. Corner tips show wear w/some paint flaking. However, rest of sign remains glossy w/vibrant color. VG.
