Lot of four paperbacks, three being from series of books sold discreetly in bars, clubs, etc. in a style similar to that of Tijuana Bibles/8-Pagers, given the content and the fact that these books were published in the 1940s. Titles in the books offered here include - "The Tragedies Of The White Slaves, From Dance Hall To White Slavery" and "How Girls Are Trapped." These books were published by the Padell Book and Magazine Co. of New York and the Caro Book Company of Pittsburgh. Books have lt. handling wear/aging and are VF overall. Come w/copy of No. 8 of a numbered Leisure Library, Inc. series - "White Slave Racket," written by Roland Vale featuring a cover by Heade. Book has scattered lt. handling wear but is Fine/VF. From the Robert M. Overstreet Collection and comes with COA.
