Item Description
11" tall tin litho robot. Made in Japan by Yonezawa, 1955-1960. Original box has 2.75x7" triangular-shaped piece missing from top side panel. Aside from this, box just shows general lt. wear. Technically Good/VG, box remains VF for display and lid's main panel remains bright and clean. Toy works well and travels about. "Whenever Robot Hits Obstacle, He Turns His Face, Backs Away And Goes Forth In New Direction." Red dome light on top of head also lights. Battery box is clean. Toy itself shows trace of wear w/some scratches to raised chest display and just below head's domed light. VF.
