Item Description
©1984 Galoob. 6.75x11.75" carded figures of "War Dog", "Tuskus", "Torto The Claw" and "Brainor". All are Mint on VF cards. Various prototype resin pieces consisting of the right arm of Brainor, right leg and pistol of Tuskus, right arm and face of Robash and resin belts in two styles along with four latex belts. Last are six handmade latex outer skins for the faces. The hardcopy was dipped in latex rubber and these samples were made including one with test painted face. A problem with age of the production figures is the deterioration of the rubber faces, so these hand made faces are the only surviving examples known to still be intact. This lot is truly unique and one of a kind, anything that could be called a defect is from the creative process of action figure design as it was in the 80s. From the archives of Toy Designer Rich Roland.
