6.5x9" artboard mounted to heavier board has original pen and ink and watercolor pre-production art of a wonderfully designed robot which was ultimately never produced. 1930s. Robot has "Buck Rogers Martian Robot" text across chest and its eyes are lit up. Scattered dust soiling, but art remains unaffected and displays Exc. Wonderful art for a robot that could have been one of the best of the 1930s if not all time. From the John Bowers Collection.
