We do not know the issuer of this ring c. 1960s but it includes neatly sliced open 2.75x3.25" clear cellophane bag. The ring is in Mint brass luster. Top features a nicely detailed high relief horseshoe surrounding an incised initial "T." Only example we've seen. Mint.
