Item Description
c. 1936. Three sequential sheets, each 9.5x12” in lead pencil w/a few color pencil highlights. Image areas range in size from 4.5x4.75” to 4.25x8”. All are unsigned, but by Horvath. All feature quirky magician w/mustache wearing top hat and spats. Scenes include him levitating table, seated position without chairs levitating in air across table from Mickey, flying in air w/carpet bag using coattails for wings. Sheets have tiny individual lead pencil number at upper right: “56,57,58”. Margins are lightly aged, image areas Exc. Humorous and superb designs.
