Item Description
6x8.5" cardboard. Lollipop holder for candy by Brandle & Smith Co. of Philadelphia who also made Mickey Mouse candy bars. Dates to 1933. Front depicts Mickey walking and holding a lollipop in one hand, other arm is die-cut and movable as are Mickey's eyes and ears though eyes remain unpunched. Opens to reveal a variety of different small images of Mickey and Minnie along w/lollipop-related poem. Also inside is die-cut portion to hold lollipops. Trace of aging/edge wear w/faint 1.5" crease across top. Card is unused and o/w Exc. Choice condition. Scarce.
