Item Description
4x6" 48-page premium booklet issued by various bakeries during the 1930s. See previous lots #2061-2063. All recipe cards have same imprint of "Wesley's Bread." Envelope features image of Mickey saying "Here It Is Pal." Obvious wear w/corner tips off and 1.5x1.75" piece missing off flap and margin tears. Good/VG. Book is designed to hold 48 full color recipe cards. Pages are bw w/same repeated small character illustrations around recipe text where the pictures are to be pasted. Book is unused and Exc. Book comes w/13 different cards. Cards are lightly aged but clean and VF to Exc. Comes w/3.5x5.5" unused postcard w/Mickey image for mail-away offer. Also comes w/3.5x5.5" cardstock postcard advertising Vol. 1, #11, 1936 issue of "Mickey Mouse Magazine" that was available when scrapbook was filled. Evenly aged and VF. This card is rare.
