Item Description
Each is 1.25". First has illustration of Theodore Roosevelt with "BSA" to the right and date below of 21st event in 1940. Second has illustration of Roosevelt waving his hat. This has scout emblem at lower left with 1941 date for the 22nd event. This has backpaper by Offset Gravure. Both are NM displaying Mint.
