Item Description
The celluloid button is 7/8" with 1.75" ribbons. The larger ribbon badges are 4" to 9.5" tall. First has "Guest" hanger with ribbons holding 1.25" celluloid in a brass rope frame. Undated but early 1900s with ribbons reading "Annual Ball/B. of R.T./Minot Lodge #709." Small loss of the gold lettering and minor wear to the fabrics. Second is "Member" hanger with 1.75" celluloid from group in Konemaugh, Pa. Small 1/8" hole on red ribbon at upper right but rest is Mint. Next has suspended 1.25" celluloid with ribbon text "Guest 1st. Triennial Convention Baltimore Md. October 1909." Ribbon has darkened slightly but no tears. Next is the 7/8" button dated for 1937 meeting in Denison, Texas. Last is "Member" hanger with ribbon reading "Ohio Valley Lodge No. 565/L.A. to B.R.T. Holloway, Ohio." The initials "L.A." refer to the group Ladies Auxiliary. Items display Mint except as noted.
