Item Description
2.25". Silvering has many tiny craze lines around the perimeter but most silvering remains intact with just a little black discoloration over a 1.5" section on the outer edge. The celluloid displays totally clean although in reflected light there is a 1.25" hairline across the center which is a near microscopic hairline in the photographic paper beneath the celluloid. We emphasize this line is barely visible even in reflected light. Large photo of "Spirit Of St. Louis" showing a crowd of people in the background around the tail area. Just below the plane photo is inset small photo of Lindy. Below this is text "Capt. Charles Lindbergh And His Monoplane That Made The Non-Stop Flight From New York To Paris In 33 1/2 Hours. May 1927." Only example we've seen and exceedingly rare. Displays Mint.
