Item Description
This group begins with 1896 “Bryan/Sewall 16 to 1” 7/8” jugate. The largest button is the Truman at 3.5”. In chronological order the group includes: McKinley and Roosevelt “Dinner Bucket”. A little off centered to the left but clean. McKinley and TR gold background, Roosevelt and Fairbanks, Taft and Sherman real photo, Taft and Sherman from 1912, Coolidge with light age on rim, Hoover litho from 1932. Scattered small marks on the paint. Hoover bar pin. Smith with couple faint age marks on edges of white circles. FDR in 1.75” size and FDR in 7/8” size. Landon with brass sunflower petal rim. Roosevelt litho from 1940. Willkie litho from 1940. “Roosevelt/Truman” from 1944. Dewey/Bricker from 1944. This has numerous but very tiny pinpoint paint marks. “Truman and Barkley” large 3.5”. Still strong color and gloss but a great deal of age marks around the perimeter. Last is 1.25” for “Dewey & Warren.” Unless noted otherwise the buttons are in Exc. to Mint condition. A nice group with individual values that would total much above our opening bid.
