Item Description
c. early 1940s. Maker unknown. 12x12x1.25” deep box w/image of assembled contents includes text “Shoot At Planes In Flight-It’s Self-Propelled”. Box is faded w/edge wear. VG. Contains intricately designed die-cut thin cardboard pieces that fit together to form 11.75 ”wide 14” tall table top display. Action scenes have ground artillery firing at Nazi planes. Some planes are on center wheel which spins and has point scores on reverse side slots. Top piece has silhouettes of three planes with text: “Down A Dornier, Junk A Junkers, Finish A Focke-Wulf”. No instructions so unsure how game functions, but appears complete and VF+. Superb graphics.
