Item Description
6.25” tall with brass bar pin at top reading “Cleveland” plus an accent brass link chain below. Riveted to rwb ribbon is diamond shaped cardboard with notched wheel on the sides so that five different men will appear in the circular opening beneath the caption “Ohio’s Son.” The men shown are Grant, Hayes, Garfield, Sherman and one bearded man unknown to us. The piece has a cream colored backing ribbon that shows light dust and with a small bit of missing gold type and fabric along its very bottom edge. This was a “Delegate” badge to the “June 1895” meeting and comes from the collection of Sen. Charles Dick. Overall Fine.
