Item Description
11x28x3" deep box contains Marx playset #4320. 1952. Box has heavy wear including two split corners on bottom. Overall moderate dust soiling. VG. Very nicely designed set includes extremely colorful tin litho circus tent and midway signs w/platforms. These include illustrations of numerous circus attendees and sideshow attractions. Numerous figures include Mary Hartline, Ringmaster Kirschner and clowns Cliffy, Scampy and Nickie plus many different performers and animals. There are also many hard plastic accessories including performance rings, popcorn wagon, barker's stand, etc. Tin pieces are Exc. Figures and accessories are VF/Exc. Set is near complete, missing only two tent roof flag poles. The original bags these pieces comes in are heavily aged, brittle and falling apart. Instruction sheet is heavily worn w/numerous tears and just comes along. Nicely detailed circus set.
