5x6.25x3.75" tall tin litho has set of friction wheels, single back wheel, roller bar and pair of revolving sweepers w/real bristles that can be controlled via lever on dashboard of vehicle. c. 1960s. "Cragstan Sweeper" name plaque on right side and "Dep't Of Sanitation" plaque on hood. All functions work. Scattered lt. wear w/a few paint nicks/scratches. Fine overall. Interestingly designed toy.
