4.5" tall tin litho Lehmann-style toy although 1950s and Spanish by "Rico." Toy works and comes w/key. Vendor's legs move so it appears as if he is pushing the cart as it moves along. Scattered lt. wear w/traces of metal showing on poles supporting cart roof and some on vendor's body. Fine/VF.
