Item Description
c. 1960s. Die-cut cardboard boxes are each 4.25x4.25” w/wraparound graphics of cups titled “Have A Cup On Me”. Each has insert card titled “Happy Holidays From King Features Syndicate” and ceramic coaster w/cork backing. Each coaster has identical comic strip character art. Includes: Prince Valiant, The Phantom, Flash Gordon, Dagwood & Blondie, Popeye, Snuffy Smith, Beetle Bailey, and Winnie the Pooh. Boxes are lightly aged. Fine. Coasters are unused and NM. Nice graphics featuring all main characters of the time period.
