7" tall. Fabric reads "Buffalo N.Y. 1892" and has lt. age toning. 2.25" heavy brass hanger has fabric surrounding brass Cleveland portrait. Fabric has lt. aging but no spots. NM luster on the brass w/bar pin and separate bar to hold the ribbon on the back. Unlisted in Hake.
