Titled below in the image and on bottom border "Victory And Reform - The Democratic Souvenir - Standard Bearers, Heroes And Statesmen - J.H. Bates, Publisher & Sole Owner, 41 Park Row, New York." Also w/tiny text below left and right image corners that reads "Copyright 1884 By R.H. Curran & Co. and "Steincopied By The Hatch Eng. Co. N.Y." Small flakes off upper edge. 2.75" tear across "Army" statue at lower left but repaired w/archival tape on reverse plus archival repairs on reverse top edge. Will mat to VF appearance. Rare.
