Issue was written by Mark Gruenwald w/interior art by Capullo and inks by Harry Candelario. Greg Capullo is a comic book artist best known for his work on "Quasar" (1991–1992), "X-Force" (1992–1993), "Angela" (1994), "Spawn" (1993–1999, 2003–2004) and for his current work on "Batman." Art shows Antibody, Mastodon, Blur, Glitter, Chrome and Captain Manhattan, members of Marvel's New universe team D.P.7 standing over the smoking prone body of Quasar in the foreground. Complete w/paste-on Marvel indica at upper left corner and paste-on title on attached acetate overlay sheet. This sheet partially covers Captain Manhattan and totally covers Antibody as assembeled, but this can be removed to see the cover art in full.
