Item Description
19.25x23.25" frame contains double mat w/13.5x17" opening showcasing an original watercolor color study by noted modern pin-up artist Olivia, who has been working in the genre since the mid-1970s. Since 2004 Olivia has been a monthly contributor to "Playboy" Magazine. This color study was for her famous "Licorice Suite," a collection of three pin-up images of the same topless, vinyl pants and high-heel-wearing dark-haired beauty. This is an unpublished color study w/a vivid red bkg. and different pose than in the finished trio of paintings. Art has been signed at lower right and dated "89." Art displays Exc. as professionally framed and matted. A stunning Olivia original.
