6x12x4" deep box explains "He Wiggles - He Waggles - He's Smart - He's Friendly." Made by Toy Craft Inc. ©1948 Famous Artist Syndicate/The Chicago Tribune. Box shows wear w/.75" and 1" split to top interior flaps. Box is o/w complete and sturdy. Fine. 11" tall painted composition figure is scarce variety w/red hat as opposed to typical green. Some unavoidable and minor crazing, but still bright and glossy. Choice VF/Exc. condition. Rare boxed and in this choice condition.
