This is the earlier and nicer of two produced for Donald, this one being full figure version. 8.5" tall. Late 1940s. Thin jigsawed wood body w/paper labels attached to cylindrical base w/hard plastic wheels. Donald's separate arms attached by rubber strips. Front foot has tiny hole as made for string attachment so it could be used as a pull toy, but also functions as is by rolling forward or backward. Labels have aged. Top edge of right side has .25" chip from hat. Fine. Scarce. From the Deak Stagemyer Collection.
