Item Description
1-15/16" brass and enamel on brass with slightly convex surface. Front shows Olympic rings with raised brass eagle centered by swastika. Brass lettering on rim reads "XI. Olympiade Berlin 1936/Kampfrichter." This final word translates to "Referee." Reverse has horizontal bar pin with German inscription "Ges. Gesch." meaning registered or licensed. Below is tiny triangle with initials that are intertwined and perhaps reading "PJC." NM and displaying Mint. First example we've seen. See Sonja Henie item in our Entertainment section.
