Item Description
1920s. Made by C.E. Carter Co. Erie, PA. Company text on underside as well as company logo on left and right sides. 12" tall overall with top of platform on that area in red rather than the regularly found wooden stage lithography. Has built-in key. Toy works well and Pan-gee moves up and down as arms and legs move rapidly about. Lt. aging and few paint nicks to platform top. Some wear to sides of body, mostly where arms strike when toy works. Has both original arms but one has replaced tab and paint touch-up on that area. Overall Fine.
