22.5x28.5" overall with cream mat that has 17x23" octagonal opening. Printer name in tiny text below reads "Chas. Shober & Co. Prop. Chicago Lith. Co." With larger text below "Rutherford B. Hayes/Republican Candidate For Nineteenth President Of The United States. Presented By The Toledo Blade." Only a few exceedingly minor and tiny traces of age. Visible area is extremely clean for its age. Professionally framed and done so in high quality wood frame in a style of 1876 era. A beautiful and rare poster.
