Item Description
All are from 1952. Each art board is 11x13" with 9-7/8x10" India ink image area signed in ink at bottom by the cartoonist. Dates include July 3 with congressman working on cost of living index, July 8 with man overloaded with luggage rushing towards taxi and running late because wife taking too long to pack, August 7 woman in courtroom asking prosecutor "What Prices Do You Give For Correct Answers?", August 27 with couple getting married with men with briefcases nearby as spectator says "They're Creditors - They Found Out He's Marrying Money!", and August 29 with barber holding straight razor over man covered in lather with American flag on top of his face as barber says "It's A Nose-Marker - I Need New Glasses!" Captions are all written in pencil below images. All are well drawn, funny and in Exc. condition. Nice examples by an underrated cartoonist.
