5-3/8x8.5" handwritten letter in blue ink on Weisinger-Superman letterhead reads "Dear Roger Harris: My Greatest Satisfaction Was When The Saturday Evening Post Featured An Article I Had Written On Multiple Sclerosis On Their Cover. Mort Weisinger". Comes with 3-3/8x5.75" embossed card autographed in blue ink "With Best Wishes To Roger Harris Mort Weisinger Editor, Superman Magazines June 9, 1964." Third item is actually printed cover for "Superman" #170. Letter has two faint horizontal creases as mailed, cover has a few lt. handling creases but group is overall Exc. Weisinger (1915-1978) edited Superman during the mid 1950s to the 1960s and also co-created such features as Aquaman, Green Arrow, and Johnny Quick and served as story editor for the "Adventures of Superman" television series. Interesting group. Comes with Hake's COA.
