This 1940 ring features a silver luster base with the quoted text around the sides at top while the ring top itself has numerous tiny symbols on the silver luster outer band plus a bronze luster center insert including several letters and symbols along with the date "1614." One prong has light 3/16" scratch and bottom lower prong is without just the slightest bit of silver luster but ring overall remains Extremely Fine and displays Mint. Scarce.
