3-1/8" tall slightly convex badge with eagle design at top and Mickey-like globe with mouse ears symbol at center. Badge has mint enamel lettering against glossy nickel plating. Large vertical pin on reverse. Generally employees with this badge would be required to front a security deposit to insure its return at the end of employment so very few of these escape corporate control. The age of the badge is not known to us but it is in essentially Mint condition and certainly scarce.
