11 3/8x12" with cardboard covers, copyright 1935 Bristol-Myers Co. Front cover has text titled "An Anatomical Chart on Oral Hygiene Depicting Before And After Treatment." Back cover has text promoting Ipana Tooth Paste. Cover opens to reveal a two-sided die-cut stiff paper page with tab to turn at right side which changes text and mouth images of pretty girl on one side of page and young boy on upside reverse side. Outside spine area is a bit worn with 1" moisture mark at top, minor corner tip corner rubs, Fine. Contents are bright and Exc. Interesting, well done concept.
