Item Description
Overstreet reports 8 different designs and we agree, but with the various ring base designs the combinations do multiply. The images here are Superman leaping with his name below and then him descending between tall buildings with his cape flying upwards. The base is very distinctive. This version does not have a rope-like edge framing the flasher image. Instead, each side edge has one thin raised plastic segment positioned as if they are holding the flasher into position. Also, unlike the rope top style base, this base, between the midpoint of each side band and the top platform holding the flasher, features 3 sharp angle graduated steps like a pyramid. Tiny hairline of gold off one edge of one lower band barely detectable. N. Mint and displaying Mint. Scarce. See next item.
