Item Description
4.25x6.5” original display piece consists of thinner sheet of stiff paper designed as a 78-rpm record glued to a backing sheet of stiffer cardboard. Record center names the product and its maker “Precision Miniatures” of St. Louis. Large brass link bracelet with some silver color on the links as well is about 6” long and holds 16 plastic charms, each designed like a record album either 7/8” long or .75” long. About six of these have a little peeling of the clear cellophane covering over the printed surface and 3 or 4 have a small rub on the paper itself, however, these defects show little unless each piece is viewed extremely closely and overall the piece presents extremely Fine. Among the more interesting album titles are: Sinatra, Rhapsody in Blue, King Cole Trio, Cugat’s Rumbas, Jo Stafford, Woody Herman’s Woodchoppers, Dinah Shore, Johnny Mercer and Harry James. First we’ve seen.
