17x21” frame contains acetate sheet that has been double-matted to 9.75x13.75”. Cel depicts Mowgli being held by 2 of the Beatles-like vultures from the 1967 Disney animated feature “The Jungle Book.” Cel has “Walt Disney Productions” silver foil stamp at lower right and displays Exc.
