Item Description
Firestone issued these giveaway comics from 1943 to 1949. Each is 7.25x10.25”. This is the first one in the series is titled “Firestone Presents Comics By Walt Disney” while the other 6 issues were titled “Donald And Mickey Merry Christmas (see item #1681-1685). This issue features Carl Barks’ Donald Duck story reprint from WDC&S #32. Inside covers and back cover feature toy ads. Nice specialty Christmas theme front cover art. Back cover is without store imprint. Scattered cover wear with some light rippling, pinch creases along spine. Top center of front cover has penciled name. Contents tanned, some small scattered margin wear. VG. All issues in this series are scarce.
