Box features great space graphics along with text including “All Parts Easily Assembled By The Junior Spaceman Mechanic.” Scattered box wear, mostly along edges. Few small edge tears. Fine. Set consists of very nicely illustrated tin litho panels that form to assemble the spaceport which features observation tower, elevator and launching platform. These pieces include illustrations of spacemen operating various equipment, working on rocketship, etc. Spaceport is complete. Scattered typical wear to tin pieces as assembled including some paint nicks and scratches but overall Fine. There are a pair of 14” long hard plastic rockets, one yellow and the other red. Both are complete but yellow rocket has a .5x1.5” piece broken off of the back, however, piece is here and could be re-glued . Yellow rocket is VG while red rocket is VF. There are ten 4” tall hard plastic figures including 8 spacemen complete with removable helmets and the 2 robots. A total of six different style figures but duplicate figures in different colors. All figures are Exc. Lid notes “Space Cars” which are not included but set does come with a large 10” long free-wheeling space truck which is Exc. Final item is illustrated instruction sheet with front cover reading “Pictorial Key” and shows 2 spacemen looking at instructions. Scattered wear from handling, Fine. Great design.
