Item Description
2.25” across, six-sided heavy metal frame with name on back of maker W&H Co. Front metal edge has a glossy finish to it although this has taken on microscopic tiny oxidation dots. At the center is a large celluloid sheet reading “White Bear Yacht Club/Caddie/47/’C’ Class.” This was a country club serving St. Paul and Minneapolis on the shores of White Bear Lake founded in the 1890s. Celluloid has pinpoint nick by the letter “B” of “Bear” and surface has tiny rub scratches showing just in reflected light. Fine and very limited.
