Item Description
7/8” superbly colored rare design with additional slogan “Steel Where Steel Belongs.” Made by Bastian Bros. with backpaper used only 1907-1920. This is among the rarest of the Peters designs possibly because use was ended when it was realized the button text is singular "Shell". The many other Peters designs use the plural "Shells." N.
