Item Description
9.5x19x1.5” deep box contains nearly complete set c. 1971. This was a J.C .Penney exclusive. Moderate box wear along edges with three 1.5” tears. Fine. Set includes a complete set of the 34 first series Disneykin figures. 26 of these come sealed in individual plastic bags while the others are loose. Also included are figures that first appeared in the 1950s Marx Super Circus playset, however here they are painted hard plastic rather than soft plastic. Included are Mary Hartline, ringmaster Kirchner, clowns Cliffy, Scampy and Nickie, assortment of circus animals. Has large and colorful paper play mat as well as cardboard pieces that assemble circus tent. These feature images of Disney characters. Included are various hard plastic pieces and framework for assembly. Final items are a pair of paper flags featuring Mickey and Donald as well as the original instruction sheet. Missing 6 of 9 connector pins but set can still be assembled for display. Overall set is Exc. Scarce. From the Tomart Archives and comes with COA signed by Tom Tumbusch & Ted Hake.
