Item Description
10x14x1” deep box contains complete parts for Milton Bradley Co. game. ©1925 Int’l Feature Service, Inc. Box lid has nice full color illustrations of Happy Hooligan with bow and arrow shooting apple off of “Flip” the dog’s head as “Montmorency, Gloomy Gus, Mr. Dough, The Cop, Boitram, Foidinand, Hoiman” characters look on. These characters are included as die-cut figures, each being 2-3/8” wide, height ranging from 4” to 8.5” tall. Each printed figure is attached to heavy cardboard backing and .5” square piece of wood attached to back at bottoms. Wood allows character to stand upright for game use to be knocked over by included 13.5” long cork-firing rifle. Rifle shows oxidation to metal barrel and comes with 2 worn corks. VG/Fine. Figures themselves remain bright, clean and glossy and retain a N. Mint appearance. Box lid shows obvious wear with 3 corner splits, one having tape repair, 1” tear to bottom side panel and 7” split at edge of left side panel. VG-.
