Item Description
2” with design of a hand blocking the path of two jet war planes dropping bombs. Additional text reads “Sign Now. Jan 20.” This event was held Nov. 13, 1969 and the march drew a crowd of some 45,000 participants each with a placard bearing the name of a soldier who had died in Vietnam. Marchers began at Arlington Cemetary and continued past the White House calling out the names of the dead. The march lasted for 2 days and nights. Button is Exc. and displays Mint.
