This company also produced a matching set of 12 plates, the images on each tell the story of the Three Little Pigs and include choice illustrations plus titles in French. Underside of each has both company and “Walt Disney” markings. Each china bowl is 7” dia. by 1.25” deep. Images are Fiddler Pig building his house of sticks, the Big Bad Wolf disguised as a sheep outside of Fiddler Pig’s house, Practical Pig playing his piano as Wolf knocks loudly on his door, Wolf in disguise desperately trying to bust through Practical Pig’s door. Small scattered traces of wear to the images, mostly only visible when viewed closely. Bowls remain bright and glossy. VF/Exc.
