2.25” depicting black woman with text “Stop The Rise Of Police Violence/Justice For Eleanor Bumpurs/Eleanor Bumpurs Justice Committee.” Bumpers was killed by police in NYC in 1984. She was a 66 year old emotionally disturbed person who lunged at Emergency Services officers with a kitchen knife after a failed attempt to evict her from her apartment. N. Mint and displays Mint. Only the second example we’ve seen.
