Item Description
1” showing emblem of Hanoar Haoved (working youth), a group affiliated with Israeli Labor Federation. Translation of the Hebrew inscription is roughly “For Labor Defense And Peace Arise And Achieve.” The group’s name changed in 1959 to “Working And Studying Youth” but we think this badge slightly pre-dates 1959. Exc.
