7/8” with real sepia photo under celluloid against flag bkg. reads “For Vice President/96/D. Russell Brown.” He was governor of Rhode Island 1892-1895 and New England’s choice for VP in 1896. Tiniest trace of age on the star area of the extreme rim. Still displays glossy and Exc. Rare.
