Item Description
Scott’s Emulsion premium from 1934. This was issued in 2 varieties, as the premium offered here and as a store item by Funland Books & Games (both featuring different graphics and text). 14x20.5” paper map/gameboard was printed by Einson-Freeman Co., Inc. Map of Indo Pacific spotlighting locales such as India, Burma and China detailed by images of residents of these areas along with wildlife. Specific images include snake charmer, octopus, giant crab and fish, topless mermaid, ocean liner, etc. At lower left is image of Frank Buck plus fisherman with giant fish slung over his back for Scott’s Cod Liver Oil product. Map shows scattered insect damage along lower half of right margin and is sold as issued. If framed, would display VF as graphics remain bold and bright. Comes with 3x7” instruction sheet and is complete with 4 “Hunter” playing pieces and 54 numbered squares. Lt. wear/aging. Fine-VF overall. Rare as complete.
