Item Description
16x21.5” frame contains art that has been professionally double-matted to 9.75x14.5”. Art is dated Feb., 1939 and is done in pen and ink with water coloring. Art depicts a confused-looking Henry standing outside “The Atlanta Press Club” where a trio of drunken men crowd bar, a dapper-dressed gentleman and rather sassy-looking flapper-type girl exit, the man biting the woman’s bare shoulder. Exc. display as framed. A superb example of Anderson’s art and a rarely seen color piece.
