Item Description
Child’s size 8 “Spring Needle Knit Quality Fabric” heavy long-sleeved sweatshirt. Body area is 13x17.5” with total arm span being 45”. Chest area has silk-screened design featuring classic image of Captain Marvel throwing a fighter plane. Just above this is original 1.5x2.5” “Flagg” sweatshirt label. ©1945 Fawcett Publications, Inc. Lightest trace of wear to silk-screened design but still quite bold. Sweatshirt has some scattered aging but is Fine/VF. Rare and only the second we’ve offered in our 43 years. From the Tomart Archives and comes with COA signed by Tom Tumbusch and Ted Hake.
